Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Relevnt, provided by FTM Ventures OÜ. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Everyone you invite into your organisation can see the roles, candidates and notes in it.

You must have the right to upload the CVs you upload, and to have them evaluated. If you are collecting applications yourself, that means telling candidates their application will be screened with AI assistance.

Credits and payment

Screening a CV costs one credit. Credits are bought in advance, do not expire, and are not refundable once spent. Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable.

We may change prices for future purchases; credits you already hold keep their value.

What Relevnt does and does not promise

Relevnt produces an opinion about fit, generated by a language model. It can be wrong. It is a tool to help you read faster, not a substitute for your judgement, and we make no warranty that a highly ranked candidate will succeed in the role.

You remain the employer, and you remain responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with employment and equal-treatment law.

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

Do not upload data you have no right to process, attempt to re-identify or scrape candidates for unrelated purposes, use Relevnt to discriminate unlawfully, or attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including hiring outcomes.

Ending it

You may stop using Relevnt and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account deletes your candidate data. Unused credits are not refunded on voluntary closure.

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes belong to the Harju County Court unless the law gives you a different right.
